Refund Policy

At Hair Marketing with Ralph, we are committed to delivering high-value digital products and one-on-one strategy sessions with care, clarity, and transparency. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a consultation.
💻 Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Resources)
All digital product sales are final.
Because our products are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances — with the sole exception being accidental duplicate purchases.
If you mistakenly purchase the same digital product more than once, we will refund one of the duplicate transactions. Refund requests for duplicates must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase through the official refund request form found in the footer of our website.
📅 Strategy Sessions & Consultations
All strategy sessions are prepaid in full in order to reserve your slot. That time is blocked specifically for you, and we do not overbook. Please read the following policies carefully:
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
The remaining 50% is considered a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your session time.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your appointment, you are allowed one free reschedule.
If you miss the rescheduled session a second time, we will issue a 50% refund and retain the non-refundable deposit.
Emergencies & Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, you may request to reschedule your session. While we do not offer full refunds, we do our best to accommodate rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
❌ Refund Denial & Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
Digital products (except confirmed accidental duplicate purchases)
Completed consultations
No-shows without rescheduling
If your request does not meet our refund terms, it will be denied. Decisions are final.
💳 Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only for the net amount received after payment processor deductions (e.g., Stripe fees). We do not refund processing fees withheld by platforms. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through the Refund Request Form linked in the footer of our website.
⚠️ Chargebacks & Bans
Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from future services and products. We take fraud prevention seriously and will dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of:
Purchase confirmation
Download or login activity
Completed services or meetings
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms.
