Hair Marketing with Ralph provides digital resources, Canva templates, strategy guides, and 1:1 consultations to support hair professionals and salon owners. Products are delivered digitally and consultations are conducted via Google Meet.

3. Usage & Licensing

All digital products are for personal use and client work only.

Resale, redistribution, or sharing of any purchased digital product is strictly prohibited.

You may use templates or strategies in your business or with clients, but you may not repackage or resell them.

4. Consultations & Recordings

All strategy consultations are conducted over Google Meet and are recorded. A copy of the session will be sent to the client via email. The strategies discussed during the session are yours to use as you see fit. However, redistribution of the recorded file or session content to others is not allowed.

Refund Policy:

Digital Products: Non-refundable unless an accidental duplicate purchase is made.

Consultations: Refunds are not issued unless the session is canceled in advance.

Accounts are optional. You may browse and purchase without creating one, but having an account allows for easier order tracking and product access.
